    Job Opportunity: Sales Consultant at Cycle Zone Powersports

    Cycle Zone Powersports (an HME GROUP COMPANY)

    Cycle Zone Powersports is an authorized dealer for various brands such as KTM motorcycles, Can-Am off-road & street vehicles, Yamaha off-road and street motorcycles, Sea-Doo watercraft, Tracker boats, CF Moto off-road vehicles, and Bad Boy mowers & tractors. Specializing in sales, service, and customization, the team at Cycle Zone Powersports are enthusiasts who are well-versed in the industry. Their mission is to offer a wide range of products, parts, and accessories while delivering exceptional customer service.

    Schedule:

    Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

    Closed on Weekends

    Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

    • Assist customers in selecting boats, UTVs, mowers, and other power sports equipment based on their needs and preferences.
    • Conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations of the product lines.
    • Provide expert knowledge about the products, including specifications and comparisons.
    • Follow up with potential customers and address inquiries.
    • Strengthen customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with the finance team on customer financing options.
    • Work closely with departments to ensure customer satisfaction pre and post-sale.
    • Participate in product and sales training to stay informed of industry trends.
    • Create effective sales strategies by reviewing inventory data.
    • Build relationships with vendors for growth opportunities.
    • Ensure sales processes are followed consistently.
    • Maintain a presentable sales floor and product displays.
    • Attend industry events and training sessions.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Preferably a degree in business or related field
    • Prior sales experience, ideally in automotive or power sports
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer software
    • Experience with CRM software is a plus
    • Negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
    • Passion for boats and power sports
    • Ability to stand for extended periods
    • Desire to learn and excel
    • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
