    Description
    The Superintendent - $100M Ground Up Project is responsible for
    Work in partnership with the Project Manager to identify and address issues of constructability or lack of scope during pre-construction phase
    Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments incl
    Review submittals, shop drawings and other product data to ensure proper materials are being installed on-site scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, inspections and quality control
    Oversee all trades on site as well as Assistant Superintendents and Project Engineers
    The Superintendent - $100M Ground Up Project will have the following skillset
    Experience on ground-up projects $80M or more
    A degree in construction or related field preferred
