    One of the most well-estbalished construction firms based out of Boston, is actively seeking a superintendent to join their team.

    My client is a well-established construction firm in Boston, MA, boasts a 20-year history of success, specializing in high-end residential renovation projects.

    They are recognized for their commitment to quality work and impressive growth. Projects can get up to $15M, showcasing a focus on custom home renovations.

    The company fosters a collaborative and engaging work environment, offering above-market compensation and flexibility, making it a desirable destination for professionals in the construction industry.

    Oversee and manage all aspects of high end residential and custom home projects.
    Coordinate and collaborate with the VP and project team to ensure project objectives are met.
    Coordinating with necessary project team members
    Building relationships with internal/external parties
    5+ years leading high profile projects in Residential Construction
    ~ Passion for real estate and community development
    ~ Results-oriented and capable of delivering successful outcomes within project constraints.
