    Description
    The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site trades as well as two Assistant Supers and one Project Engineer.

    The project is a ground-up $100M build and the ideal candidate is familiar with large-scale work and has strong tenures in their previous roles.

    The Superintendent - $100M Ground Up Project is responsible forWork in partnership with the Project Manager to identify and address issues of constructability or lack of scope during pre-construction phaseDevelop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments inclReview submittals, shop drawings and other product data to ensure proper materials are being installed on-site


    scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, inspections and quality controlOversee all trades on site as well as Assistant Superintendents and Project EngineersThe Superintendent - $100M Ground Up Project will have the following skillsetExperience on ground-up projects $80M or moreA degree in construction or related field preferredWhat is on offer for The Superintendent - $100M Ground Up ProjectCar allowance and gasPTO and Paid HolidaysHealth, Dental, Etc.
