- Must be knowledgeable of DoD, federal, state, and District of Columbia Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
- Must possess and maintain an adequate mix of Commercial Driver's Licenses and standard licenses to support local and long-haul deliveries and re-locations; possess and maintain an adequate number of HAZMAT certifications to support movement of I.4-class ammunition and hazardous material for both local and long haul deliveries; and possess and maintain adequate numbers and types of qualifications on the various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) used in the warehouse.
- Team leaders must possess a current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a minimum of two (2) years' experience driving local and long haul.
- Must possess current HAZMAT certifications.
- Must possess certificate to operate MHE. Section leaders must possess a Mid Skill Level, while section staff must possess at least Junior Skill Level.
- Working knowledge of government centralized warehouse providing support in areas such as receiving, storage, issue, inventory, distribution, shipping and disposal services.
- TS ClearanceApplicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, VISTA will consider only applicants with Top Secret security clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances.
