We are looking for a Commercial Employee (m/f/d) in Bairdstown, OH
You have completed a commercial education
You have a quick grasp and enjoy office and administrative tasks. You handle the assigned tasks with great care, independently, motivated and with high commitment.
Flexibility is a given for you.
You have knowledge in property management or are willing to acquire it.
After appropriate training, you will support us in the following areas, among others: conducting property management for condominiums, rental properties, and all related tasks such as:

  • Bookkeeping and payment transactions within property and rental management
  • Creating monthly and annual statements
  • Requesting and commissioning maintenance work after consultation
  • Correspondence with customers, suppliers, service providers, and craftsmen
