The Youth House Leipzig e.
V. is a non-profit organization founded in 1990 and a member of the Parität. We currently employ over 70 pedagogical professionals in various teams and fields of social work. For our team "Standpunkt" based in the south of Leipzig, we are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team on February 1st, 2023.

This person will enrich the existing team with their professional skills and be a reliable contact person for the young people and young adults in our care, especially in the area of offender-victim reconciliation.


Tasks and responsibilities:

Conducting offender-victim reconciliation with young people and young adults and strengthening the area
Support, advice, and guidance for young people and young adults in the context of criminality and violence
Respectful and collaborative work with clients and cooperation partners such as prosecutors, judges, and JuHiS
Work in individual and group settings
Development of pedagogical offers for assistance according to JGG
Regular reflection on one's own professional actions in team consultations, intervision, and supervision
Administrative tasks related to individual cases

What do you bring?
A degree in social pedagogy or M.A. in educational science/social pedagogy
