    Description

    **Description:**

    CNC Machinist - Mills

    CNC Mill Machinists will machine LARGE stamping die components. Set up mill, download program on machine, edit G&M codes and run short run parts.

    CNC Machines:

    -(9) OKK with Fanuc controls

    -(2) Tarus with Heidenhein controls

    -(2 Other mills with Heidenhein controls

    -(2) Wire EDMS

    CNC Machinist Must Haves:

    CNC Milling Machine Machinist

    Fanuc & Heidenhein Controls

    Set up the tools

    Tool Changes

    Reading Blueprints

    Expert in onsite (on computer) making edits to G&M Codes

    Tools needed:

    Mics (0-3)

    Calipers

    Gages

    Indicators

    Ability to life heavy components with the assist of the Crane

    Nice to have:

    Tarus 5 Axis machining

    Die Makers will assemble dies from scratch, manual machine, grind, complete die tryouts, jump inside the die to repair during try outs, and bench work. Customers will view final product and buy off, then die will be sent to customer; candidates will own the die throughout the process from scratch. 90% class A surfaces and 10% blanking dies. Both transfer and progressive dies built here.
