- Introduces new products and constructs program sales with stocking dealers.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, etc.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and presenting solutions.
- Works closely with Insides Sales and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicates price changes effectively and manages claim's process within territory.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction and ensures information is provided according to timelines.
- 3 – 5 years' prior experience
- Proven sales track record

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Legally permitted to work in the United States

The role of the Outside Sales – Territory Manager is to strategically and profitably grow Coastal's business in the assigned territory by introducing key products and / or programs designed to increase Coastal's footprint. Utilizing a consultative approach to differentiate Coastal from the competition, the Outside Sales Territory Manager will be responsible to educate both customers and prospects by articulating Coastal's value-added proposition through trainings and presentations. This position is located in Connecticut.
