    Account Representative – Connecticut

    Your role as an Account Executive with Match Eyewear offers a thrilling chance to be the sole representative in a protected geographic area, showcasing a range of fashion brands to Eyecare Professionals in Connecticut and Western MA.     Responsibilities:

    • Build and Grow Business:
    • Develop, lead, and expand your client base, catering to accounts across various levels.
    • Drive significant market growth for both existing and new clients, exceeding individual targets.

    Sales Execution:

    • Conduct transactions within the assigned territory and actively seek new prospects.
    • Manage complete sales cycles effectively, demonstrating the value of Match Eyewear's products to industry leaders.

    Strategic Engagement:

    • Create engagement plans for key prospects, nurturing positive relationships within the Optical Industry.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance customer value and boost revenue.

    Territory Management:

    • Conduct research to establish a market strategy for acquiring qualified accounts.
    • Forecast sales activity and revenue results, ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Passion for Success:
    • Demonstrate a drive to achieve a six-figure income and meet sales targets.
    • Education and Skills:
    • Hold a BA/BS degree or relevant experience, possess effective communication skills and category selling abilities.
    • Sales Expertise:
    • Have a good understanding of the sales cycle, ability to handle objections, and strong time management skills.
    • Travel and Teamwork:
    • Be open to overnight travel and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

    Bonus Points:

    1. Experience:
    • Prior experience in outside territory sales is advantageous.
