Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute solar engineering strategy for the East Coast.
• Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring goal achievement and talent development.
• Oversee design, development, and construction of solar projects to meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
• Manage team budget and resources.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to innovate new solar products.
• Stay updated on solar technologies and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred).
• 7+ years of solar engineering experience with project management focus.
• Proven success in delivering solar projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred).
• Experience with solar engineering software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope).
• Knowledge of solar project permitting, financing, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with solar energy storage.
• PE License (a plus).
