- Administer (install/upgrade/implement/configure) assigned software applications
- Work with team to analyze and determine software application needs
- Test and evaluate PC configurations as related to assigned applications
- Provide instruction and/or documentation of assigned applications to support teams
- Assist with team projects, including application development/deployment, e-discovery, system-level security, bulk content / data migration, etc.
- Provide support to firm-wide departments and offices as needed
- Manage MS SQL Servers, design, create, modify, and administer databases and associated applications as assigned
- Occasional work outside of normal business hours and travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills required
- 5+ years of experience with MS SQL Server database in a professional environment
- 5+ years of experience with application development concepts, scripting tools, languages, and platforms such as ASP, C#, HTML, JavaScript, REST, SOAP, VBA, VBScript, XML, SharePoint, IIS, PowerShell, etc. in a professional environment
- Experience successfully managing relationships with developers, contractors, and vendors
- Experience communicating with and providing upper tier troubleshooting and support to all layers of an organization
- Experience installing, integrating, upgrading, and providing technical support for, a variety of client/server applications in a Windows environment
- Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced technical training
- Experience with NetDocuments
