Your Role- As part of the "Operational Excellence" team in production, you will gain valuable experience in optimizing work processes and procedures, as well as in conducting cross-functional projects- You will actively support project leaders in optimization projects by creating presentation materials, analyzing data, and documenting processes, and accompany them on the shop floor- You will work closely with other departments in production and support them in the operational implementation of selected topics- Your role will also include systematically preparing and following up on project meetings

Your Profile- Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a similar field, ideally in a higher semester- First practical experience through your studies is advantageous- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Basic knowledge of project management and lean management, with a passion for continuous improvement and optimizing processes and work procedures- Diligent, independent, and structured work style, with a high level of initiative- Good organizational and communication skills, and enjoy working in a team- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
