- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Efficiently handle up to 20 email inboxes

- Cultivate professional relationships with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with order management and inventory applications is advantageous
