- Portfolio-Level Coaching: Lead the implementation of Agile principles and practices at the portfolio level within the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategy.
- Lead overarching Agile strategy for Operations Technology and support Agile coaches working with the trains and teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide coaching and guidance to portfolio stakeholders, including technology and business leaders, program managers, product managers, and release train engineers (and in Ops Tech Agile Practice Leads).
- Foster collaboration and alignment across portfolio stakeholders, trains, and teams to ensure a unified approach to value delivery and train/team optimization.
- Emphasize the importance of the business/technology partnership and need for the right people and right engagement acting with proactiveness.
- Operating Model Evolution - Guide the expansion of the Agile operating model within Operations Technology to improve the overall maturity and delivery of business value.
- Recommend, establish, and ensure consistency in Portfolio practices across the organization.
- Coach the SIT and DevOps teams to more effectively integrate with the trains.
- Evaluate opportunities to structure around value streams and products and alignment of trains and teams to optimize flow and reduce dependencies.
- Assist evolving current intake processes toward Lean Portfolio Management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the portfolio and make this practice part of the culture.
- Culture Maturity – Raise awareness about the opportunity to improve and evolve the culture.
- Coach leadership to ensure they are walking the walk and not just talking the talk.
- Identify cultural barriers and ideate on potential resolution.
- Performance Management & Measurement: Partner with the portfolio management team to establish processes and structure in support of Lean Portfolio Management to align strategy and execution, including introduction of OKRs.
- Refine and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track portfolio performance, value delivery, and business outcomes.
- Education: Deliver education sessions and workshops to leadership, stakeholders, and key agile named roles in support of SAFe concepts, roles, and practices.

Role : Agile Coach
Location : Addison, Texas, United States
Responsibilities
Key Requirements for the role:
Good experience in Agile coaching in a SAFe environment.
Excellent facilitation and written and verbal skills.
Experience working in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment, coaching Portfolios, Agile release trains and multiple teams.
Extensive knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, and Kanban.
Experience working with and coaching leaders, business partners, program managers, product managers, RTEs, and product owners.
Experience working with Trains and Teams spread across 2 continents.
Training experience for Agile named roles and core Lean-Agile principles.
Proficiency with JIRA.
Proficiency with Confluence (desired)
Prior experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Product Manager, or Product Owner (desired).
SPC 6.0 & LPM certifications highly preferred.
