What will you contribute?

  • As a Scrum Master, you will independently coach two software development teams.
  • As an active team player, you will drive team development by strengthening selforganization and responsibility and providing impulses for continuous improvement.
  • In addition, you will identify potential obstacles early on and proactively work with your teams to develop solutions.
  • You are responsible for organizing and facilitating agile meetings, such as standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • You ensure the preparation and execution of our program increment planning independently at the Agile Release Train level.
  • You work closely with Release Train Engineers, line management, and Product Owners to effectively manage products and the backlog
