    Responsibilities:

    • Support the established Ariba supplier enablement process pre and post Go-Live for the various regional deployments.
    • Gather and manage collection of vendor master data to utilize in Ariba supplier enablement activities.
    • Lead supplier integration activities per deployment Flight Plan.
    • Manage integration testing activities and properly document in test result system.
    • Manage the supplier enablement backlog, performing a daily follow-up of the supplier responses/issues ensuring resolution and decrease of backlog.
    • Effectively escalate issues to the supplier enablement Lead when issues are identified.
    • Update flight plan and vendor upload file to ensure newly onboarded suppliers are included prior to Go-Live.
    • Develop and provide weekly KPIs to leadership on integration and data readiness.
    • Assist Catalog enablement activities as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple tasks effectively to deliver quality outcomes simultaneously and on-time.
    • Proficiency to develop written materials and internal content with attention to detail.
    • Experience in the corporate realm to have a general understanding of business acumen, with appreciation of business challenges and ability to obtain desired outcomes.
    • Good engagement and communication skills with proven ability to assist in delivering clear, concise, and tactful messages.
    • Interpersonal skills with ability to establish relationships quickly and building trust.
    • Ability to effectively work in partnership with client, consulting partners and contractors.
    • Results-driven with strong team collaboration skills and self-awareness.
    • Ability to gather and analyze data to identify and report out on key performance indicators.
    • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
