    Full-Time - OR Manager Sign on Bonus Available

    Bon Secours Surgery Center at Virginia Beach Surgery Center is seeking a detailed OR Manager to join our team.

    Bon Secours Surgery Center at Virginia Beach Surgery Center is a fast paced surgery center committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

    The OR Manager is responsible for all departmental functions in support of the hospital mission, vision, and facility goals.

    The Manager identifies the cost-effective systems needed to support the business of the department taking into account business trends, resource availability and changes in customers.

    The Manager identifies and remedies through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement. The Department Manager works with Senior Management in meeting Facility goals. Oversees surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services. At USPI, we create relationships that create better care.

    Two (2) years experience in surgery management which includes pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care.
    Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
