We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Parts Coordinator to join our team.
As a Service Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing service orders, coordinating with shipping and inventory departments, and ensuring efficient service to our esteemed customers.
This is a vital role that requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to multitask effectively.Duties:
Coordinate service parts to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Collaborate with various departments to procure required parts and materials.
Manage the order management system to monitor and track service requests.
Oversee the RGA (Return Goods Authorization) process to completion.
Follow up on RGAs to ensure resolution.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to service parts orders.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
Must be flexible to assist with Weekend Service and available to handle last-minute and rush orders.
Skills:
Proficient in industrial manufacturing repair processes and terminology.
Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision and quality of work.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience with order management systems is preferred.
Spanish fluency preferred.
