- Maintain HRIS, including modules, access and workflows.
- Provides support for HRIS maintenance, including researching and resolving HRIS errors, including UKG Dimensions time keeping.
- Serves as technical subject matter expert for all HRIS applications.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Leads and manages all HR initiatives with regards to HRIS implementations, upgrades and changes aligned with HR strategy.
- Manages, maintains, and performs routine audits of security settings and role assignments.
- Collaborates with and supports departments in leveraging the Company's HRIS to develop tracking, reporting, dashboards and other analytical tools.
- Acts as primary liaison to Payroll, IT and vendors.
- Generates required annual, quarterly or ad-hoc reporting for government agency and legal compliance, such as EEO-1.
- Develop and maintain awareness of HR data security and comply with policies and procedures.
- Responsible for system configuration, data analysis, and reporting to support new location merger and acquisition activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field.
- 4+ years of experience in the management and operations of computing systems and database administration.
- Experience with new system integration preferred.
- Experience with UKG platform preferred.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Comprehensive understanding of core HRIS modules including Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Performance and Time and Attendance.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced changing environment.
- Report building capabilities in Business Intelligence or similar HRIS reporting module.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Focused on quality and accuracy and possess a high degree of initiative.
- Must be able to handle highly sensitive data with greatest degree of initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extended periods of sitting
- The work environment is typical of an office setting. The noise level is usually quiet.
- Travel requirements less than 20%
