- Lead cross-functional and cross-brand projects and initiatives within the Supplies category
- Act as a subject matter expert in retail supplies processes, systems, and efficiencies with the primary task of leading discussions and change activities in responsible Brand categories
- Apply change management to adapt and meet new challenges and adjust to small and large-scale transitions and initiatives across the ADUSA organization
- Establish and maintain partnerships with respective Brand and ADUSA stakeholders providing day-to-day contact on current market issues and challenges
- Establish and maintain partnerships with supplier and third-party distribution partners to ensure proper service level, specifications and KPI's are being delivered per contractual agreementsRemain current with ongoing legislation impacts and changes to Brand packaging requirements and restrictions while leveraging supplier partnerships to identify compliant alternatives
- Lead and analyze project/new program progress, timeline, inventory management and forecasting tasks
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure program rollouts remain on schedule and on task
- Lead cross brand category discussions pertaining to program changes, legislation impacts, market issues and strategic planning
- Complete root cause analyses and develop corrective action plans to address supply chain and system/process gaps in relation to the Supplies category
- Identify best practices and incorporate into standards to continuously improve retail supplies program and Brand support

- Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years experience in packaging or supply chain management

The subject matter expert on all related matters to supplies & packaging specific to the categories assigned, this position will provide guidance and support to the ADUSA Brands on Supply items opportunity to drive sales, reduce cost as well as customer and associate safety. This position also identifies and evaluates risks in the supplier market and develops contingencies to mitigate interruption of product and/or service to our retail partners. This position provides strategic and tactical oversight of the Supplies categories to ADUSA Merchandising and Operations teams to ensure proper support to retail.Duties and Responsibilities:
