    Join our team at Keen Transport as an Operations Analyst and play a vital role in the Truckload Transportation Operations team

    In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing and managing critical data in core operational systems, driving major business processes, and solving complex data-related problems. This is your chance to make a real impact and help shape the future of our operations

    Responsibilities

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    As a vital member of the Transportation Operations team, you'll have the opportunity to partner closely with the Operations, IT, and client support services teams to maintain master data, run profitability modeling and manage reporting efforts.

    With your expertise in data analysis, you'll provide valuable recommendations for profitability strategies and business growth. This is your chance to make a real impact and help shape the future of our operations.

    Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis and provide recommendations on a routine and regular basis.
  • Work closely with the Operations, IT, and client support services teams.
  • Ensure profitability byrecommending lane and, pricing adjustments and lead quarterly profitability reviews.
  • Develop deep domain expertise on operations data and serve as the subject matter expert for the operational data within Operations and between interdependent departments.
    • Qualifications

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills including ability to work with large data sets, pivot tables, formulas, sensitivity analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge utilizing Power BI, creating reports, building dashboards.
  • 2-3 yrs. as a Business/Data Analyst in a multi-discipline portfolio.
  • Strong technical competence in accessing and understanding data and processes. Strong knowledge of process mapping & analytics.
  • Excellent knowledge of shipping/trucking industry(and pricing), and good knowledge of High & Heavy industry a plus.

    • EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE

  • PowerPoint and SQL knowledge is a PLUS, must be able to self-serve and access/create base-level data.
  • Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Prior experience as a data and or operation analyst.
  • Proven experience with implementation, review, and pivoting of pricing strategies.
