    The Client Services Representative will work directly with multiple Healthcare Sales Consultants to process orders, provide product information, problem solve, and expedite orders for their customer base.


    Responsibilities Include:


    Receive, verify, and process orders from sales consultants and external customersAssist with customer inquiries such as order status, shipping information, product availability, and pricing.

    Identify sales opportunities through conversations with customers and communicate them with sales consultants.
    Investigate customer discrepancies to determine or make suggestions for corrective action.
    Act as a liaison between all internal departments for the customers and sales consultants.


    Qualifications Include:
    High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.2-5 years of customer service-related experience.
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
