- Managing the entire invoice process: ensuring invoices are obtained, supported, approved, paid, and recorded following corporate guidelines.
- Timely processing of approved invoices in line with corporate policies.
- Regular reconciliation of vendor statements and addressing vendor inquiries efficiently.
- Resolving invoice disputes, overpayments, and underpayments both with vendors and internal customers, utilizing established resources and escalating non-routine issues to the supervisor
- Must have SAP experience
