- Matching of three-way invoices for assigned vendors prior to payment
- Processing invoices for expenses
- Review Payment Request list for vendors, verifying for accuracy and support
- Reconcile AP with vendor statements by researching unpaid/short paid invoices to ensure timely resolution of vendor and accounts payable records
- Communicate with external vendors regarding payment invoice status and other payment matters
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to effectively learn and utilize new software applications
- Working knowledge Microsoft Office Products
- Time management, and the ability to meet month-end deadlines in a team environment
- The ability to learn and utilize new software applications
- Degree in Accounting with five plus years of relevant experience
