    Job DescriptionDescriptionAbout the Role:
    As a Cashier/Customer Service Representative at Maintenance Technician, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You'll handle transactions accurately, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure their overall satisfaction. This role requires a blend of interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
    Key Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
    • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with precision.
    • Scan items, process payments, and issue receipts.
    • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
    • Maintain clean and organized checkout areas.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Qualifications:
    • Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
    • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
