    The challenge

    Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships team ensure that 3D&I is well equipped and coordinated to tackle two strategic challenges for our business going forward:

    • Provide a 360° approach (Products, Marketing, Research & Labs, etc.) to unlock significant growth potential in new vertical markets (Fashion, E-Commerce,...).
    • Make sure we are leveraging our key industry partners: hardware & tech, ISVs, startups, who are key to our success in the market of 3D Creativity.

    As part of the team, the Strategic Customer Partnerships Manager will lead a selection of Strategic customers' projects reporting directly to the Strategic Initiative and Partnerships Director.

    What you'll do

    • Consolidate and cultivate strategic relationship: Executive meetings, Workshops, Project team meetings ...
    • Identify the ecosystem of our Strategic Customers (software, hardware, schools)
    • Gather information and gain insights regarding customer needs, challenges and workflows
    • Work closely with R&D and Product organizations on roadmaps and implementation, identify key customers for Alpha & Beta tests
    • Synch with Adobe-Customer extended teams (e.g. Strategy Group, Sales, CSMs)

    Additional tasks may include:

    • Set-up and lead strategic projects with key customers to showcase new workflows and technologies
    • Collaborate with the rest of the Strategic Initiatives & Partnership teams on strategic projects with key customers involving software, hardware or education partners;
    • Ensure communication and engagement in the 3D&I org (Product, Marketing, Sales,...) and coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver POC, Demos, R&D prototypes, ...
    • Leverage with communication and marketing successful collaborations to extend footprint in these new markets.
    • Collaborate with the rest of the Strategic Initiatives & Partnership teams to create strategic content about successful collaborations; and to build strong ecosystem around these initiatives (Power users, Schools, Partners, ...)

    Partnership management:

    • Lead discussions with Strategic Customers and be their main point of contact
    • Manage strategic projects with key customers, and coordinate internally with the different teams (Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Legal) to execute successful Customer Partnerships
    • Contribute to the sourcing of new Customer Partnership opportunities (attending industry events, etc.)
    • Make sure we value our existing Customer Partnerships by leading co-marketing and co-selling activities

    What you need to succeed:

    • Strategic vision and brilliant execution capabilities
    • Autonomous, influencer and user oriented
    • Understanding of 3D market and Industry trends.
    • Experience in a 3D Digital transformation within a company is a plus.
    • Fast learner. Ability to ramp up quickly on a wide range of 3D technologies
    • Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to federate people and team around a common goal.
    • Strong project management skills & experience
    • Masters in Business school and/or Engineering and/or Industrial Design or equivalent professional experience

    Mandatory Items to include

    • Education - Master in Business school and/or Engineering and/or Industrial Design or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of experience
    • Fluency in English required
    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $96,300 -- $193,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
