    Trusted is in search of a skilled nurse for an exciting travel nursing assignment.     Experience:

    • 12 months of relevant experience required
    • 12 months of preferred experience in Progressive Care Unit
    • Experience with Epic system is a plus

    Requirements:

    • Candidates must hold a South Dakota license or compact license
    • Possibility of floating to other units and locations
    • Residence must be at least 100 miles away from the facility
    • COVID vaccination mandatory with options for religious or medical exemptions

    Pre-employment assessments may be necessary. Ensure to upload certifications and health documents to expedite on-boarding.

    Additional Details:

    Avoid RTO during blackout dates between 8/1/24 - 8/18/24. Special requests not mentioned on application will not be entertained.

    Expect communication from individuals with 501 or 605 area codes regarding interviews.

    Guaranteed Hours: 48

    First-time travelers accepted with over 1 year experience and EPIC familiarity

    Returning permanent staff have to wait a full year before becoming travelers

    Patient Types: Mixed acuity unit including Intermediate Care, Tele, and MedSurg

    RNs must be comfortable with MedSurg assignments

    Required Education: RN with completion from an approved nursing program

    Possible floating to various units within the scope of practice

    6-week schedules with potential weekend rotations

    No mandatory on-call shifts

    Holiday requests must be made before offer acceptance

    Approval for 1.5 weeks off with contract extension

    Blackout dates from August 1-18th due to Sturgis Motorcycle Rally

    Navy Blue scrub color

    2 recent references required

    Proof of identification is mandatory
