    **Job Overview**

    Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator will provide critical levels of support to the Sales department.

    **Pay $20 - $22/hr. (based on experience)**

    **Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.**

    **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

    Maintain and manage accurate documentation

    Handle all pre-delivery paperwork

    Conduct daily inventory checks and take necessary follow-up actions

    Manage inventory, including tracking of in-transit movement

    Provide support in the delivery of equipment

    Promote other businesses of the organization: new and used trucks, parts, service, body shop, finance, insurance, rentals, and leasing

    Other duties as assigned

    **Minimum Qualifications**

    Requires a 2 year Associate Degree in a Business or Sales related field, or a high school diploma and 3+ years of direct truck or heavy-duty equipment inside or outside sales experience

    Excellent customer service and good communication skills essential

    Attention to detail, strong organizational, multi-tasking and data entry skills a must

    Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft and Google applications preferred

    Dependable and reliable attendance required

    Professional appearance and demeanor that instills a positive, helpful first impression in our customers

    Valid drivers license required; CDL preferred
