    As a Tagging Implementation Specialist at PMG, you will be responsible for site tagging and analytics support.

    The ideal candidate in this role is someone who is self-motivated and brings prior experience within tag management and website analytics solutions.


    Responsibilities:
    Work directly in tag management systems to implement, test, and deploy media tags, or communicate to client teams what tags are needed and how to implement themCreate, modify, and maintain tag manager containers, tags, triggers, and variables to ensure accurate data collection and trackingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper tagging for various marketing campaigns and initiativesInvestigate and resolve tracking issues, or provide guidance to client teamsMaintain comprehensive documentation of tagging processes and configurationsAd hoc analysis and reporting using web analytics toolsRequired Skills & Experience2+ years of hands-on experience in tag management systems, with a strong emphasis on Google Tag Manager proficiencyProficient use of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics UA and GA4Working knowledge of Javascript, JSON, DataLayers and CookiesDemonstrated history of collaborating effectively with both internal and external teamsPrior experience working within digital media platforms such as, Meta, Google, TikTok and other publisher platformsUnderstanding of UTM parametersNot required but highly preferred:Familiarity with Tealium and Adobe Experience Platform LaunchExperience with server-side tagging and conversion APIsFamiliarity with Adobe Analytics and MixpanelSQL experienceAbout
