    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Organize regular, reoccurring implementation calls between client, broker, Third Party Administrator, etc. and VerusRx
    • Follow a strict implementation plan to guarantee no missed steps or errors during the onboarding process
    • Must be able to review and translate plan language (including SBCs or SPDs) and analyze claim data
    • Provide clients with industry expertise and recommendations to accomplish all implementation-related goals (e.g., lowered plan costs, or ways to minimize member disruption)
    • Generate member-facing educational materials and coordinate mailings or email blasts
    • Communicate with all internal departments on status of each implementation, including timing of eligibility files, details of invoice break-out, specifics of benefit coding, and more
    • Remain current with pharmacy and Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) trends, including FDA recalls, and clinical programs
    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
    • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • 1-5 years of related implementation experience
    • Knowledge of systems: MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
    • Knowledge of PBM industry is preferred
    • Strong relationship-building abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Quick decision-making and critical thinking skills
    • A well-organized and self-directed individual who demonstrates competency in project management
