Responsibilities:

Project preparation, development of project foundations, implementation and management of complex projects in existing and new buildings while considering cost, schedule, and quality goals, warranty tracking
Participation in the organization of the inhouse craftsmen department
Participation in the procurement of project management, architectural, engineering, and specialist services
Representation of the client towards planners in all phases of the HOAI (phases 19) and towards construction companies
Coordination of internal and external project participants
Participation in the organization of inspections/maintenance/renovation of existing apartments

Qualifications:

Technical university or college degree in civil engineering or another relevant field
Project management and control experience in the preparation, implementation, and completion of construction projects
Ideally, experience in new residential construction and construction in existing buildings, renovation, and modernization
Indepth knowledge of planning processes, official approval procedures, funding guidelines, DIN regulations, building regulations, VOB, VgV, UVgo, state building regulations
Communicative personality, customer and teamoriented behavior, economic and creative thinking, as well
