To ensure that these diverse tasks are carried out successfully, we are looking for a full-time Heilerziehungspflegerin with coordinating tasks (m/f/d) to support our team at the Delphin workshops - employment and support area.


Tasks:

  • Instruction, support, care, and assistance for people with disabilities and high support needs
  • Nursing assistance as needed
  • Development and implementation of individual support plans in collaboration with participants and the social support service
  • Supportive accompaniment of individual development steps and group processes
  • Documentation of work and developments of participants
  • Duty planning, vacation planning, and organization of team meetings
  • Interface to the social support service
  • Coordination of orders
  • Committee work

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as a Heilerziehungspflegerin, Heilpädagogin, Erzieherin, or a comparable qualification (m/f/d)
  • Experience in working with people with disabilities and a respectful and respectful attitude
  • Communication skills, reliability
