    Description

    At HCL Technologies, we value our team members and clients, always putting People First at the core of our operations. We are on the lookout for an experienced Program Manager / Portfolio Lead to join our dedicated team in Dallas.

    • Manage customer stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
    • Track and report Support and Development SLAs and KPIs.
    • Lead team sessions to drive improvements and innovative ideas.
    • Ensure efficient resource utilization across different tracks.
    • Combine Waterfall and Agile methodologies for alignment.
    • Balance resources effectively and plan for new Projects.
    • Build strong relationships across all verticals.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Minimum 12 years' experience in managing Application Development & Support.
    • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in technology or IS.
    • Experience in productivity enhancement initiatives and SLA/KPI monitoring.
    • Specialized experience in Healthcare Provider services.
    • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Cerner, EPIC, or others.
    • Strong background in managing a portfolio of diverse applications.
    • Proven ability to lead technology teams in complex environments.
    • Experience in Agile methodologies and executive level reporting.
    • Permanent U.S. work authorization required.
    • Must be located in Dallas and available to work on-site full-time.
