    Overview of the Accessories Designer role:

    • Collaborating with a team of designers to create cutting-edge accessory designs for a diverse audience including women, teens, tweens, and young adults.
    • Coordinating with international development offices and production teams.
    • Utilizing Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for design implementation.
    • Engaging in market research, staying updated on trends, and contributing to the generation of fresh product ideas.
    • Producing cads, tech packs, line sheets, and color stories for different seasonal collections.
    • Innovating new patterns and color palettes to add vibrancy to the product range.
    • Crafting precise technical drawings, specifications, and prototypes to steer the production phase.
    • Ensuring quality control by conducting regular checks on both samples and final products to uphold design standards.

    Qualifications for Accessories Designer role:

    • Hold a degree in design or a relevant field.
    • Demonstrated experience in designing **accessories aimed at young girls**.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop & Illustrator.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Background in graphic design.
    • Understanding of materials, fabrics, and production processes.
