Fashion Accessory Designer
(Handbags, Cold Weather Accessories, Hosiery, Hats)
Responsibilities:
- Design current market trends through CADs
- Coordinate with Design Team, Design Director, and Sales to ensure effective work
- Manage all communication regarding design specification and compliance
- Evaluate all prototypes and ensure implementation of revisions
- Prepare overseas tech pacs
- Design and deliver innovative design solutions with efficiency to meet basic standard of all products
- Administer and develop innovative designs for various pattern details and branding
- Analyze season requirements and develop strategies for all products and line segments accordingly
Experience/ requirements:
- In office availability
- 3+ years experience designing accessories
- Skilled in Illustrator & Photoshop
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of raw materials
- Detailed, organized, work independently
