Working Conditions

Office will be located in San Diego.

The position will be primarily office based and will involve sitting to work on the assignments outlined in the duties.

There will be occasional travel for meetings, workshops and training and some time to assist staff as needed for data collection that will be analyzed.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Proficiency using ESRI products such as ArcGIS Pro, SharePoint and associated tools such as Dashboards, and managing databases. Experience working with other agencies/partners in collecting and analyzing complex datasets. Knowledge of drones operation using Arc GIS Site Scan. Ability to communicate effectively, solve critical and complex problems, form intelligent conclusions, and be able to articulate a solution to people unfamiliar with GIS. Able to communicate in a clear, concise, and effective manner both verbally and in writing.
