    Your Role:

    As the HVAC Service Sales Representative, you play a crucial role in the growth and profitability of our HVAC Service business. Your main responsibilities include establishing profitable service relationships with new customers, focusing on selling renewable maintenance agreements, and driving business growth in your assigned geographic territory.

    How You'll Do It:

    • Identify and qualify prospective customers through a professional process
    • Build a solid referral network and conduct effective sales calls
    • Propose innovative solutions tailored to customer needs
    • Finalize proposals and secure customer commitments
    • Develop and implement territory marketing plans
    • Maintain high standards of business conduct and integrity

    What We Look For:

    Required:

    • 2-3 years of progressive sales experience

    Preferred:

    • Strong technical aptitude with attention to detail
    • Excellent presentation skills for both individual and group settings
    • Experience in selling services and intangibles
    • Familiarity with sales methodologies and standards
    • Bonus Qualifications
    • Knowledge of Building HVAC Systems
    • Post-secondary education

    Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $40,600 USD - $54,200 USD. The final salary will be determined based on various factors including education, experience, and skills. In addition to the base salary, we offer a competitive Sales Commission Plan based on project, quarterly, and annual margins. Our package also includes comprehensive benefits.
