Profile Summary:
Responsible for assisting with the driving advisory sales through on-going support and servicing (concierge) of field interaction with advisors.

This includes but is in not limited to financial planning assistance and preparation, proposal creations, meeting planning and preparation, systems support/training and support for external wholesalers.


Profile Description:

  • Provide phonebased product and practice management guidance and support. This includes all functional middle andback office support for advisor offices.
  • Maintain relationships with top (targeted) advisors, external wholesalers and strategic partners.
  • Assist in the supporting new recruit (advisors shops that are new to Voya) to ensure a smooth transition and continued growth.
  • Communicate benefits of products, platforms and solutions to all advisory producers. Provides input into the development of new products and services. Provides ongoing training for products, procedures, and programs. Act as liaison with home office, outside contractors, and vendors.
  • Identifies followup activity for internal and external advisory support staff
  • Be actively engaged with top office management professionals for the Advisory Masters reps offices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
years related experience

  • FINRA Series 7 preferred or ability to obtain within 6 month of hire
  • Detailed understanding of all advisory products and platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

$58,900 - $73,630 USD
