Position Overview PART TIME WITH THE POTENTIAL TO GO FULL TIME
HOURS: M-F 4 HOURS PER DAY

Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Bilingual - Spanish required
Must be available to work the following schedule: M,W,F/ 9 AM - 1 PM
