We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Highsnobiety Commerce Team in Berlin, based in Riverside, MD.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Customer Service Manager.


YOUR ROLE:


  • Support the commerce team on key projects and initiatives, gaining insights into a wide range of ecommerce topics, with a focus on:
  • Assisting our customer service team in responding to customer inquiries
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive customer experience in B2C outbound operations
  • Providing light support to our operations team in inventory management and fulfillment

YOUR SKILLS:


  • You are able to efficiently and independently handle daytoday administrative and organizational tasks for the team
  • You enjoy finding thoughtful and concise solutions for customers, whether it's a complex issue or a simple one
  • You are a problemsolver and have a practical approach, able to juggle multiple projects while paying attention to details
  • You are fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
