Your responsibilities:


  • Leading the Quality Systems team in Rastatt and Hechingen
  • Managing and continuously developing the QM system to meet normative and regulatory requirements as well as company policies
  • Promoting and fostering continuous improvement through process moderation and conducting trainings in the area of quality management systems
  • Consistently developing quality principles and strategies and implementing the quality goals of the Getinge Group
  • Planning, preparing, conducting, and evaluating internal and external audits
  • Analyzing audit results for trends and tracking audit findings
  • Implementing and continuously developing the training system and training documents
  • Preparing and leading management reviews

Your profile:


  • Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, biotechnology, or a comparable education with relevant work experience
  • Several years of experience in leading and developing a team of specialists in the field of quality management preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of ISO 13485 and
