  • You are currently enrolled and ideally in an advanced semester
  • You enjoy learning about new and constantly changing topics
  • You have an eye for detail and value careful work
  • You have a sense for numbers and basic math skills
  • You are interested in delving into the topic of commercial rent and independently generating profits
  • You are a team player and prefer open and honest communication

What does a typical workday look like?

  • Together with the team, you review utility cost statements from commercial tenants
