Your responsibilities

  • Managing the clientside project implementation of the Elbequerung subproject under the direction of the project manager and senior project controller.
  • Continuous improvement and further development of project management tools, reporting, quality management, document management, and project planning and control.
  • Providing contributions for management reports and preparing reporting for project control committees.
  • Preparing and moderating meetings and workshops.
  • Supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) and actively participating in the implementation of guidelines.
  • Supporting decision preparation, change management, and committee preparation.
Requirements

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in business engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • First professional experience in large projects and projectrelated work processes.
  • Strong interest in project control (preferably in large technical projects).
  • First knowledge of scheduling software MS Project and/or Primavera P
  • Project management certificate (e.g. IPMA Level D) advantageous.
