Real Estate Management Team Assistant (m/f/d) | Full-time and Part-time:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will assist in the management of condominium communities in administrative matters
- Organizing and implementing office workflows
- Telephone communication
- Preparing and following up on condominium meetings
- Supporting and attending condominium meetings
- Drafting correspondence
- Preparing for internal and external meetings
- Scheduling appointments
- Processing approvals for purchase contracts
- Assisting the condominium department (in general)
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Welcoming clients
YOUR PROFILE:
- Ideally, you have completed your training as a real estate and property management clerk with good results, but this is not mandatory
- If possible, you have solid knowledge in the field of condominiums through your education or previous work experience, and you demonstrate technical understanding, flexibility, commitment, and ambition
