    Description

    CTP is looking for a creative problem solver to be our in-house agency producer on our Content Team. Someone who is hungry to be a part of the creative process, help us troubleshoot, make something out of nothing, and work wonders with budgets of all sizes. This person will manage all Video, TV, radio, animations and still photography projects for the agency. They must understand the production process fully from pre-production through post and oversee projects from concepting (in conjunction with a Project Manager) through delivery. This is someone who needs to be organized, flexible and most of all, be excited about being part of a team of thinkers, makers and artists. At an agency dedicated to delivering breathtaking work across every category.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Management of all details for Video and TV projects of all sizes from pre-production through post-production
    • Managing multiple jobs for various clients simultaneously
    • Communicating key details clearly to the right stakeholders and the right time
    • Creation of schedules and budgets for all in-house TV and Broadcast projects
    • Budget tracking throughout projects and reconciliations once a project is complete
    • Management of workflow for the Content Team
    • Creation of PO's and submission of invoices
    • Vendor relationship management

    Qualifications

    • 4-6 years in video or film production
    • Ability to be in our boston office 2x a week (Tuesday/Wednesday)
    • Ability to travel locally for shoots, occasional travel outside of MA
    • Agency experience preferred but not required
    • Experience managing the full production process - board/concept development through trafficking and budget reconciliation
    • Ability to work with people at different levels across departments
    • Good communicator, knows how and when to prioritize and re-prioritize
    • Experience in an a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
