    Welcome to Marcum LLP's Tax Transformation Lead Position!

    We are currently seeking a Tax Transformation Lead to join our Tax Transformation group in the internal Marcum IT department. In this role, you will collaborate with Tax business leaders and subject matter experts to identify, define, and deliver technology products and solutions that drive significant business impact and growth.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Lead cross-functional teams to assess tax processes and implement best practices
    • Manage tax transformation projects, including software implementations and process automation
    • Develop business cases for technology investments and ensure project success
    • Identify and track KPIs to measure technology initiatives' success
    • Evaluate new technologies and provide training on tax technology tools
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in tax technology and compliance
    • Experience with end-to-end tax compliance engagement
    • Proven track record in project management and team leadership
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in tax and accounting-specific software
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Computer Science, or equivalent
    • Preferred: Experience with Agile development process and CPA license

    Travel Requirements:

    • Less than 10% travel
