- Assist in improving marketing content
- Stay informed about the Firm, its departments, and industries served
- Share best practices with the broader team
- Maintain the Firm's experience database and proposal resources
- Track pitch activities and produce evaluation reports
- Build expertise in health care content for proposals
- 5-7 years of proposal management experience
- Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive with strong organizational abilities
- Willingness to travel and work additional hours when needed
- Team player with strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's Degree required; PMP certification or advanced degree a plus

Job Summary:
The role of Proposal Manager is crucial within our client's Health Care Group business development team, primarily responsible for large-scale project development. The Proposal Manager plays a key role in crafting proposals for the Health Care division in response to formal RFPs or high-value pitch/proposal requests from potential clients. Working closely with health care professionals, the Proposal Manager oversees the entire proposal development process, from initial RFP analysis to final document production, ensuring a cohesive and client-focused approach.
