As a Product Manager on the Transfer Experience team, you will dive deep into data, user research, and product feedback to identify customer needs and opportunities, develop a strategic roadmap, lead delivery, and measure results.
You will collaborate with design, marketing, and analytics, and build alignment across the company. Be a customer advocate and combine customer feedback with data analysis and market research to prioritize the most impactful investments in your areaOwn team OKRs in partnership with engineering teams, and manage cross-team partnership.
Experience working with and motivating cross-functional teams across software engineering, design, analytics, and marketing, with an understanding of how things work within those domains
~ Experience with large-scale web and/or e-commerce product development, including mobile applications
~ Experience setting product strategy, building product roadmaps, and prioritizing
~ Experience working with engineers to make tough technical tradeoffs, and the sweat-the-details mindset to understand the impact to short-term outcomes vs. Flexible paid time off
