Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and ambitious sales or marketing professional, or a recent college graduate looking to pursue a career in sales, to join our Inside Sales Territory Manager Training Program in Charleston, SC. Training will take place for approximately one year after which the Territory Manager Trainee will move to an open outside sales territory in the Southeast area. Applicants must be willing to relocate when the position becomes available. You will be trained and mentored by a supportive team while learning about our products and services. If you have a competitive edge, engaging personality, and want hands-on experience in sales, then we encourage you to apply.Scope of Position: As a member of the Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for creating and developing relationships with existing customer accounts and working with those accounts to grow their business. In addition, this position works closely with all departments within the organization to understand our internal processes and functions to best utilize these resources when serving our customers needs. The inside sales rep is a true sales rep who learns our companys sales methodology, masters product knowledge, and sells across all product segments. While focusing on building relationships with smaller accounts on the Inside Sales Team, your sales training will include travelling with experienced sales professionals in the field and receiving hands-on training at our various manufacturing partner facilities. All training opportunities while on the Inside Sales team are designed to best prepare you for a future Outside Sales Rep role.
